Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship all of our products worldwide and every order comes with free shipping.

 

What stones do you use in your jewelry?

All of our products include AAA Cubic Zirconia stones. Cubic Zirconia is a lab-created gemstone which represents diamonds, it is shiny like diamonds and is durable. We use it because it is more affordable and we believe you deserve to look like a million bucks, without breaking the bank.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. After that, it typically takes 12-24 business days for a domestic/international standard shipping delivery. The reason the orders take this long is due to the high volume of orders we are receiving and the worldwide shipping.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), we accept Apple Pay and we accept PayPal payments.

 

I didn't receive my package but the tracking page shows it was delivered.

Icey Jewelry is not liable for missing or lost packages once the tracking shows the item has been delivered. Please look at the tracking page on our website and enter your info to follow your order until its delivered. If your order states delivered and you haven't received it then please check your mailbox, your building mail room, neighbors and your mailman before you contact us. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.

 

Defective product?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Just send an email to iceyjewelry@outlook.com with the pictures of the defective product.

 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you      may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

 

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

 

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

Some items will come in separate parcels so they may turn up at separate times, remember to check the tracking page and if you still have an issue contact us on the contact page or email us directly at: iceyjewelry@outlook.com
